Message	do because it was my friend doing the work. I paid $2500 for all the paint (Sherwin Williams top tier) and the price he quoted me was $2k. I gave him $3k since he had it so long and put so much time into it. I asked him how much most shops would have charged and he said about 6 or 7k. Now... I also don't know if that' dropping it off, or having them do all the stripping and prep. Unless you've done paint & body before, I would give it to them as is and let them do final prep.
